Terms of service
Purchasing Mayu (Kemono Feline Avatar) (referred to as the "avatar" or "product") grants you legal ownership of the product. This ownership is non-transferable and cannot be divided among several individuals or entities. The provision of a license key at the time of purchase validates your ownership.
License Grant
Upon purchasing the avatar, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the avatar and all related resources, including but not limited to files, tutorial videos, and other content. This license allows you to use, modify, and view the avatar and its associated content within the limits set forth in these Terms of Service. The license is valid for personal use only. Distribution of any files is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Uses
As a legal owner of the avatar, you are permitted to:
- Edit the avatar for personal use.
- Use the avatar for creating videos, streaming, renders & advertising products made for the the avatar.
- Sell or create avatar commissions as long the client also legally owns the avatar (you can use discord server roles to authenticate ownership).
- Sell or distribute products created for the avatar, but none of the product files can be provided.
- Create VRChat public avatars, provided the avatar is used in a manner consistent with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to:
- Take credit for the avatar or misrepresent yourself as the creator.
- Sell, distribute, or share the product files, irrespective of any alterations made. Distribution includes any method of making the files accessible to others, either for free or for a fee.
- Upload the product files to websites, platforms, or applications where they can be accessed, downloaded, or shared by others.
- Upload or add the avatar to an account within an application where the account holder does not have legal ownership, irrespective of any alterations made.
- Sell or distribute kitbashes derived from the avatar.
- Use the avatar for commercial purposes, including the promotion of paid services, merchandise, or paid media, without prior permission. For commercial inquiries, contact me at tiger@azuki.tech.
- Use the avatar in any form of dehumanization (racism, violence, homophobia, etc.) or illegal/inappropriate acts.
- Undertake any actions concerning the avatar that have not been explicitly authorized by the creator.
- Obtain the product files if you do not have legal ownership.
- Remove the credits located in the chest or expression menu for public VRChat avatars.
License Revocation
The license granted to you is revocable. If you breach any part of these Terms of Service, you will forfeit legal ownership of the avatar and lose access to all associated content. No refund will be provided. Attempts to harm the creator, such as through harassment or illegal actions, will result in immediate license revocation.
Creator Rights
You agree to properly credit AzukiTiger, the creator of the avatar, when using the product. The creator retains the right to maintain credits for the avatar in any form of usage, including but not limited to VRChat avatars or promotional materials. However, the creator is not responsible for any inappropriate uses of the avatar by others.
Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service and the accompanying descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
