Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Azuki LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of this website and the creator of Mayu (Kemono Feline Avatar) (the "Product"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purchasing Mayu (Kemono Feline Avatar) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product. No ownership rights or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted access to the Product and all related resources, including but not limited to files, tutorial videos, and associated content. This license permits personal use only, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

Distribution, sharing, resale, sublicensing, or transferring of any Product files is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Edit and modify the Product for personal use.
• Use the Product in videos, streaming, renders, and promotional materials related to content creation.
• Create commissions using the Product, provided the client has legally purchased and owns a valid license.
• Sell or distribute assets created for the Product, provided that none of the original Product files are included.
• Create VRChat public avatars, provided the files are not made extractable or downloadable.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Sell, share, redistribute, leak, or provide access to the Product files in any format.
• Upload the Product files to any website, platform, repository, or application where they may be accessed or downloaded by others.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Product.
• Remove creator credits in public VRChat avatars where credits are embedded.
• Create and distribute kitbashes that contain original Product files.
• Use the Product for illegal activities or content involving harassment, hate speech, violence, or unlawful conduct.
• Use the Product for commercial merchandise, paid services, or paid media without prior written permission.
• Provide the Product to any person who has not legally purchased a license.

Commercial Use

Commercial usage beyond standard content creation (such as paid merchandise, promotional branding, or integration into paid digital products) requires prior written permission from Azuki LLC. For inquiries, contact tiger@azuki.tech.

License Revocation

This license is revocable. If you violate these Terms, your license may be terminated immediately without refund. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete all copies in your possession.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Product remain the exclusive property of Azuki LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Product or any associated intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azuki LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
